A Bank Change Representative will contact you if the information does not match and/or we do not receive a response from you.
What is a Bank Change Approval Contact?
Someone that can look up prior payments as well as previous and current bank account information. This needs to be someone other than the person who filled out the form.
What is my vendor number?
The Bank Change Representative provided your vendor number in the email with the link to the SPI form.
What should I put for the “SPI - Previous Payment Doc/Check Number #/SPI - Previous payment amount“?
A Bank Change representative provided a previous payment doc number or check number in the email with the link to the SPI form. This the number you will put in this field.
What should I put for the “SPI - Last 4 of old bank account #?”
We need you to confirm the last 4 of the bank account you provided to Medline to send payments. If we are currently paying you by check, you can put N/A in this field.
What if I do not have or cannot provide a second contact?
If you are unable to provide a second contact, please put N/A in the Bank Change contact fields and respond to the original email giving a brief explanation why you are unable to provide the contact.
Can I just attach a banking letter instead of filling out the SPI form?
Please type in all your information into the form, we need this information be entered by you in order to validate it is not fraud and do our due diligence during the bank change/setup process.
Can I bypass the NS Knox validation?
You are required to enter your banking in both the SPI form as well as the validation portal. The only way to bypass the NS Knox validation for Medline is if you have been previously validated by NSKnox for another company and you have a NS Knox secure ID.
What is the ACH Test Amount Confirmation?
After all confirmations match the SPI link and second bank change contact (if required), we send an ACH test as final confirmation that everything has been set up correctly in our system. We need you to confirm the exact amount of this test and cannot release payments on invoices until this has been confirmed.
Can I forward this to someone else to confirm banking?
Yes, please provide the email chain if you are not able to confirm the banking/information requested directly so that we can validate.
How long will this process take?
Generally 1-2 weeks depending on your response time
